Christian Health is proud to announce we now offer home care services to
you directly in your residence. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Christian
Health, Home Care Options provides professionally supervised health and
social services that include nursing, social work, home health aide services,
and housekeeping.
The decision to bring a caregiver into your home is not an easy one. However,
you have comfort in knowing that all of our home health aides are part
of the Christian Health team, professionally trained, and dedicated to
providing the highest quality home care services to those we serve.
What Is a Certified Home Health Aide?
Certified home health aides perform household and health-related services that are essential to your well-being and necessary to allow you to comfortably and safely stay in your home. Before assigning an aide, we conduct a professional evaluation and individualized assessment of each resident. This results in the development of a personalized care plan, prepared in cooperation with the resident and their family.
Personal Care Includes:
- Bathing, dressing, and assistance with restroom
- Mobility assistance
- 1:1 presence for safety/oversight
Companion Care Includes:
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Grocery shopping and meal prep
