For people with disabilities and people whose primary language is not English, CHCC provides appropriate auxiliary aids and services, as well as language assistance services, free of charge and in a timely manner, when necessary to ensure an equal opportunity to participate in CHCC’s programs. The complaint must be submitted to CHCC’s Civil Rights Coordinator within 60 days of the date you became aware of the alleged discriminatory action. The complaint must be in writing, and contain the name and address of the person filing it. It must also state the problem or action alleged to be discriminatory and the remedy or relief sought A link to the CHCC Complaint Submission Form is located on the CHCC website under Non-discrimination Policy.
You can also file a civil rights complaint, within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination, by pursuing other legal or administrative remedies, as follows:
