CHCC’s 2014 Undergraduate Summer Internship Program now welcoming applicants.
“I gained so much by working with different people on many different projects…” –Jennie Gilman, Summer 2013 Intern
Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) is committed to developing the next generation of professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of others by choosing a career in health care. The CHCC Undergraduate Summer Internship Program provides students with a chance to explore career interests through targeted work assignments, mentoring, job shadowing, and a lecture series. Interns are involved in meaningful work and projects, attend educational sessions and have the opportunity to network with other interns, clinicians, and senior leaders.
Internships are unpaid, non-clinical, and last for six weeks. Interns are required to provide 15 to 20 hours of service per week. Schedules are flexible with the exception of Mondays, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., to attend mentorship and education series.
The 2015 Undergraduate Summer Internship application will be available in January 2015.
