Hillcrest Residence at Christian Health Care Center Celebrates Deficiency-free Survey

WYCKOFF, NJ … Staff at Hillcrest Residence at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff recently celebrated receiving a deficiency-free survey by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Codes and Standards, and Bureau of Rooming and Boarding House Standards. A single surveyor’s extensive review included inspecting several resident charts, looking at fire-drill logs, interviewing staff and residents, and inspecting the kitchen, storage areas, and nearly all of the 33 resident rooms. The surveyor determined that all requirements and regulations are being upheld without exception.

“I am so pleased and proud of the staff of Hillcrest and the many supporting departments working with them on achieving this excellent survey outcome,” said Douglas A. Struyk, CPA, LNHA, CHCC President and CEO. “This wonderful outcome maintains a consistent standard of similar outcomes that Hillcrest has enjoyed for many years.”
